Day 1 – Arrival & Transfer

Arrive at Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport; transfer to city-center hotel near Piazza Maggiore.
Free late afternoon: walk under the porticoes.
Dinner (8 PM): Tortellini in brodo.

Day 2

9:00 AM – Food-market stroll at Quadrilatero, tasting cured meats.
12:30 PM – Lunch at Mercato delle Erbe (fresh pasta).
2:00 PM – Climb Asinelli Tower; visit Basilica di San Petronio.
6:00 PM – Aperitivo on Piazza Santo Stefano.
8:00 PM – Dinner: tagliatelle al ragù.

Day 3 – Day-trip to Modena

9:00 AM – Train to Modena (30 min).
10:00 AM – Visit Acetaia to see traditional balsamic vinegar aging.
