Day 1 – Arrival & Transfer

Arrive at Trieste Airport (Ronchi dei Legionari), transfer to Canal Grande-area hotel.
Late afternoon: stroll along the waterfront (Molo Audace).
Dinner (8 PM): jota (sauerkraut soup) and seafood.

Day 2

9:00 AM – Revoltella Museum & Piazza Unità d’Italia.
12:30 PM – Lunch at a caffè-ristorante (carso prosciutto).
2:00 PM – Castello di Miramare visit.
5:00 PM – Coffee at historic Caffè San Marco.
8:00 PM – Dinner: goulash Triestino style.

Day 3 – Coastal Excursion to Duino & Sistiana

9:00 AM – Drive to Duino Castle (20 min).
11:00 AM – Walk the Rilke Trail overlooking Gulf of Trieste.
1:00 PM – Lunch cliff-side at Sistiana Bay.
3:00 PM – Beach walk or kayak rental.
6:00 PM – Return to Trieste.
8:00 PM – Dinner: grilled branzino or cuttlefish ink pasta.
